Such a great first purchase and experience with Red Wing. Amy was super helpful and prompt with ordering the style of shoes that weren’t in stock after measuring me and getting my info for the order. I got a call within a week that my shoes had arrived and I was stoked they fit perfectly. I’ve worked three 12hr shifts in them so far and have been very happy with the comfort. They feel even better with the footbeds Amy recommended for both me and my husband who also wears Red Wing footwear. Thank you!!

I quit going to RED WING about four years ago as I had problems with the then manager/owner.. I turned 85 years old in june and decided to have a red wing boot as my last boot as I have always had red wing untill my problem. SO thought I would take a chance one more time ,, thank god I did,,, I met Michael Bachman, A very curtious salsman and a very knownedgeable person , I have new red wings thank you, carl collins

I bought some boots here about 10 months ago, and purchased orthotics at the time based on the staff recommendations. Perfect fit and I’m really enjoying the boots. The orthotics wore out recently and I stopped in to grab another pair. The staff looked my account up and we’re able to find my product based on purchase history. Super quick and convenient. I’ve always loved Redwing boots, and the helpful staff at this store makes buying their products easy and convenient.

Horrible customer service. I have never bought Red Wing shoes before and my employer sent me there because they sponsor buying work boots through them. I went online as a rep instructed me to do and found the style that I was looking for. I then went to the local store to purchase the boots. Initially I was greeted politely but when the employee saw that I had a work-related voucher their tone suddenly changed with me. They proceeded to tell me that they did not have the style of shoes that I was looking for nor had they ever. When I showed them the Red Wing shoes website in which I found the shoe on which was given to me by a red wing rep they try to lie to me and tell me that it was a fake website. They then proceeded to tell me that the price point that I was looking at was impossible because the cheapest shoe that they had was $300. When I confronted the employee on her misinformation a heavyset male employee proceeded to tell me I needed to leave and never come back. Mind you there were similar style shoes on the shelf right in front of me that were far less than the price point that this employee tried to give me of $300.

Horrible customer service. I came in today for a soft-toe non-slip shoe and they didn’t have it. However, the sales associate, an older woman was extremely rude about it. She offered no help, had an attitude and stated that they will no longer carry soft-toe/non-slip shoes and only hard-toe shoes. My family and I enjoyed buying our shoes here due to them being such good quality but unfortunately due to bad business, we must look elsewhere and recommend others as well.

Outstanding service from both Mike (in May 2023) and today by Amy. They worked with both my sons to ensure they got the work boots they needed, appropriate inserts and even helped get socks! Huge HUGE thank you especially to Amy for helping a momma take care of her son’s purchase from 3k miles away! Highly recommend this store to anyone in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada. Excellent experience and service in store!
